2009 Annual Meeting Hotel Information Meeting Dates:November 11-13, 2009 :Hotel Information:Accommodations have been arranged at the Hotel Galvez. Hotel Galvez Room Block Information:Date of room block: November 10-12, 2009 Room rate per night: $85 (City View Rooms) To receive special conference rates, individuals should call the hotel directly at 409-765-7721 and identify the event as "ITS Texas Conference." A toll-free number of (800) 996-3426 is also available. Please confirm your room rate when you make your reservation and confirm this rate upon your arrival at the hotel. Please assist us in keeping conference costs down by meeting our room block requirements at this hotel. The discounted conference room rates will be available until the block fills or until October 10, 2009. Please note: Any attendee not identifying his/her affiliation with the group and not requesting the conference rate prior to check-in can not be extended the conference rate at a later date or during the meeting.
