Our advertising rates are as follows:
ITS Texas web page - $200 for 1 year:
Company supplied image located on ITS Texas web site. Image will be visible in the right banner space of each web page on the ITS Texas web site. The image will link directly to the company web site.
We require a graphic prepared at 300DPI (dots per inch) in either TIF, JPG, GIF, or PNG format. Please note that all supplied images will be resized to a horizontal width of 160 pixels to fit within the right-hand column. There are no stated height limits on the image (please use reason) We suggest creating your advertising image with those requirements in mind. Graphics that do not meet these requirements will be returned for refinement by the advertising company.
ITS Texas newsletter ½ page ad - $200 for 3 newsletters:
Company ad displayed in 3 newsletters. Ad will occupy approximately half a page. In the electronic PDF newsletter, the ad will be hot linked directly to the company web site. The newsletter will be distributed to the membership and also posted on the ITS Texas web site under ‘Newsletters’.
We require a graphic prepared at a minimum of 300DPI (dots per inch) in either TIF, JPG, GIF, or PNG format. There are currently no rigid requirements for a width and height allowing the advertising company to create a graphic best suited to their information needs. In preparation of the newsletter, ITS Texas will place and flow text around the graphic to not only highlight the advertisement, but also for the efficient use of space. Graphics that do not meet the format requirements will be returned for refinement by the advertising company.
