ITS Texas typically sponsors training opportunities twice a year. The first is in the Spring/Early Summer timeframe, while the second is the Wednesday immediately preceeding the annual meeting. This page contains the updated information about current training opportunities.

Summer 2010 - Performance Measures

ITS Texas hosted a very successful summer training workshop sponsored by the FHWA on Operations Performance Measures on Tuesday, June 29, from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm at the DalTrans TMC. the workshop covered:

• Why agencies should be involved in performance measurement
• Technical information on how to structure an operations performance measurement program: metrics, data, communication of performance, and use of performance measures in decision-making
• Performance measurement activities at FHWA and additional resources
